  • Originality: Your content must be completely original, unpublished, and free from plagiarism.

  • Quality: Articles should be well researched, factually accurate, and provide practical value to readers.

  • Readability: Write in a clear, engaging style that’s easy to follow.

  • AI-Assisted Content: You’re welcome to use AI as a writing assistant, but every article must be thoroughly edited, fact-checked, and enhanced with your own knowledge, experience, and insights.

Content Style (Yoast SEO Friendly)

We encourage contributors to follow Yoast SEO best practices to improve both readability and search performance.

Please make sure your article includes:

  • A compelling H1 title that includes the primary keyword.

  • A short introduction of 50 to 100 words that tells readers what they’ll learn.

  • Clear H2 and H3 headings to organize the content.

  • Short paragraphs, ideally 2 to 4 sentences each.

  • Bullet points or numbered lists where they improve readability.

  • Active voice whenever possible.

  • Natural transition words that help the content flow smoothly.

  • The focus keyword used naturally throughout the article without overusing it.

  • A concise conclusion that summarizes the key points.

  • An FAQ section when it’s relevant to the topic.

SEO Requirements

Every article should be written with both readers and search engines in mind.

Please include:

  • One primary focus keyword.

  • Relevant secondary keywords used naturally throughout the content.

  • The primary keyword in:

    • The H1 title

    • The opening paragraph

    • At least one H2 heading

    • The meta description, if provided

    • The conclusion, where appropriate

  • Descriptive anchor text for links.

  • Relevant internal and external references where appropriate.

  • SEO-friendly image filenames and descriptive alt text.

Avoid keyword stuffing or using keywords in a way that feels unnatural.

Images

Images make articles more engaging and easier to read, so every submission should include high-quality visuals.

Featured Image

Please include one featured image that:

  • Is at least 1200 × 630 pixels

  • Is provided in JPEG, PNG, or WebP format

  • Is relevant to the article

  • Is clear and visually appealing

Content Images

Please include:

  • 1 to 2 images for most articles

  • 2 to 3 images for articles longer than 1,500 words

Image Guidelines

Please ensure that all images:
